Champion Guidelines
GROVE is an invitation. All employees in the Kingdom Companies Group are invited to become involved in GROVE by serving as a Champion.
As a Champion you will be expected to:
Affirm the GROVE Group Vision, Mission, Values
Be a student of effective grantmaking to Christian ministries and supporting organizations.
Serve on a GROVE team with excellence and consistency to develop funding recommendations and present them to the Board.
Be the primary GROVE Group contact for one or more ministries.
Cultivate and maintain the ministry relationship on behalf of The GROVE Group.
Encourage ministry workers through prayer, correspondence and calls.
Present proposals on behalf of the ministry that align with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Invite coworkers and their spouses to become a GROVE Champion.
