Champion Guidelines

GROVE is an invitation. All employees in the Kingdom Companies Group are invited to become involved in GROVE by serving as a Champion.

As a Champion, you will be expected to:

• Affirm the GROVE Group Vision, Mission, Values
• Be a student of effective grantmaking to Christian ministries and supporting organizations.
• Serve on a GROVE team with excellence and consistency to develop funding recommendations and present them to the Board.
• Be the primary GROVE Group contact for one or more ministries
  • Cultivate and maintain the ministry relationship on behalf of The GROVE Group.
  • Encourage ministry workers through prayer, correspondence and calls.
  • Present proposals on behalf of the ministry that align with our Mission, Vision and Values.
• Invite coworkers and their spouses to become a GROVE Champion.
